I’m not a huge fan of just changing our thoughts about our struggles – that kind of process is too slow and hardly touches our experience of the world.

Instead, I use research-based and trauma-informed intervention to heal and transform not just thoughts, but emotions, body, relationships and spirit – the whole dang person.

This is a non-pathologizing approach. Instead of figuring out what’s wrong with you, I’d much rather spend our time together getting you to the life you really want to be living.
